The prices published in the Official Journal show an average increase of approximately 5%.
The retail prices of Cuban cigars in France will increase by approximately 5% starting February 1, 2026, according to the price list published on January 13 by French Customs.
The Partagas D4, one of the best-selling cigars in France and worldwide, will thus increase from €22.70 to €23.80 per cigar. The Montecristo No. 4, also a bestseller, will rise from €16.50 to €17.30.
For Cohiba, the price increase is proportionally less significant. The Cohiba Siglo VI will increase from €107 to €110, while the Robustos will be priced at €82, up from the current €80.
The Trinidad brand will not see a price increase, with the exception of the Fundadores, which will rise from €67 to €68 starting February 1.
Note that part of Coprova’s “other terroirs” catalogue will see a similar price increase. This will apply to VegaFina’s regular offerings but not to Capitol’s.
