Very mild to start with, before the emergence of a palette of flavors that includes mild spices and caramelized notes. The second third takes a slightly more vegetal and acidic turn but is still unfailingly easy to smoke. The final third sees the return of caramelized notes that are slightly spicier than at the beginning.
