Draped in a silky wrapper, this robusto is a worthy representative of the Nicaraguan terroir. Starts out fairly dry; woody and peppery notes with thick clouds of smoke.
Becomes smoother as you smoke through, before roasted and vegetal notes appear, followed by a hint of toasted hazelnuts and oak bark. The creamier final third evokes mushroom and fresh earth. Another great cigar at a very reasonable price; the Rothschild definitely deserves to keep its four bands.
