Le Hoyo de San Luís premiered in Germany
This new Hoyo de Monterrey was officially launched this Wednesday, November 12th in Saarbrücken.
The Hoyo de San Luís, the third member of the Le Hoyo series, is a grand robusto measuring 160 mm long with a 52 ring gauge.
It joins the Hoyo de San Juan and the Hoyo Río Seco, launched by Habanos S.A. in 2014 and 2018, respectively.
Organized in Saarbrücken (western Germany) by Fifth Avenue Trading, the Habanos exclusive distributor in Germany, Austria, and Poland, the launch event took place at the Alexander Kunz Theatre in the presence of more than 300 guests, including Juana Martínez González, Cuba’s ambassador to Germany.
This Hoyo and the Diplomáticos Cancilleres (which will be launched at the end of the month in Sofia, Bulgaria) are the only two additions to the regular catalog announced by Habanos S.A. this year. All the other new releases presented at the 25th Festival del Habano last February are limited or special editions.
The Hoyo de Monterrey Le Hoyo de San Luis (its full name) was presented to the public during a dinner show featuring artistic and acrobatic performances.
The distributor that organizes the global launch of a new product traditionally benefits from an exclusivity period of a few weeks to a few months. It is unknown when Le Hoyo de San Luís will be available in other markets.
