The start is full and round, with a good volume of smoke. Initially very woody, the aromas quickly turn to fresher notes of underbrush and moss. The cigar then becomes smoother with a very fine, woody flavor profile. Increasingly intense roasted notes join the party. Pronounced aftertaste and slightly too strong in the finish, this is nevertheless a great cigar.

Its moderate strength makes this Toro very easy to smoke. A touch of hazelnut livens up the smoke before the final third adds more strength and intensity. Definite persistence but never aggressive thanks to the perfectly controlled strength. This superb cigar keeps things under control from start to finish.

After a subtle cold draw the Lancero reveals a nice woody and spicy start. The smoke soon becomes creamy and delicate, then the cigar serves up tender and sweet scents.
