
Luc Hyvernat appointed Deputy General Manager of Maya Selva Cigares
The Frenchman was notably Vice President at Oettinger Davidoff after starting his career at Seita/Altadis/Imperial Tobacco.
Luc Hyvernat has been appointed Deputy General Manager of Maya Selva Cigars, the company announced in a press release.
“An Epicurean at heart and a strategist in action, Luc Hyvernat joins the Franco-Honduran manufacturer to write a new chapter in the adventure,” reads the statement published Friday, June 20.
After several years at Seita, which became Altadis and then Imperial Tobacco, the Frenchman held the position of Vice President-Chief Commercial Officer at Oettinger Davidoff AG (ODAG) from 2021 to early 2025.
His professional career also took him to Nicolas Feuillate champagnes from 2019 to 2021.
His arrival at Maya Selva Cigars strengthens the company’s management team, notably alongside founder Maya Selva and Filippo Costi, appointed International Sales Director in 2019.
