Punch Princesas LE 2025 launched in Cyprus
Second and last 2025 limited edition after Montecristo Elba, this grand robusto celebrates the 185th anniversary of the brand.
Limassol, Cyprus, 6 December 2025, Phoenicia TAA Cyprus Ltd, in collaboration with Habanos S.A., hosted the global launch of Punch Princesas Limited Edition 2025 at “A Royal Reveal”, a gala at City of Dreams Mediterranean.
Around 550 distributors, partners and aficionados gathered to celebrate both the launch and the 185th anniversary of the brand. Pre-event animations, live rolling and a Punch heritage showcase led guests into the ballroom.
Presenter Grace Rayyes welcomed attendees before inviting Phoenicia Cyprus Chairman Mohammed Zeidan to officially open the night. He thanked Habanos S.A. for entrusting Phoenicia with this global debut and raised a salute to Punch’s legacy, followed by a historical film on the brand.
Habanos S.A. marketing director Rodrigo Jimenez then retraced Punch’s story, from its 1840 origins for the British market and its Mr Punch inspiration to its modern portfolio and role as a favourite canvas for Limited and Regional Editions.
The highlight came with CEO Walid Saleh’s “coronation” of Punch Princesas Limited Edition 2025 (135 mm x 50, edmundo), presented as a tribute to the 185-year-old brand and to the “princesses” in our lives, including the many women across the Habanos value chain.
Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed Punch Double Coronas, Triunfos, Punch 48 and Short de Punch during a formal dinner, bringing “A Royal Reveal” to a suitably regal close.
Punch Princesas is the second and last 2025 limited edition after Montecristo Elba which was launched in October in Madrid.
Punch Princesas LE 2025 is now available in Cyprus. Traditionally, the country hosting the launch event enjoys an exclusivity period of a few weeks to a few months. It is unknown when it will be available in other markets.
