A figurado measuring 159 mm in length with a 60 ring gauge. 6,000 boxes of 10 units will be released worldwide.
Plasencia Cigars presents its special “Año de la Cabra” (Year of the Goat) edition, celebrating the transition into the Year of the Goat in the lunar calendar.
This cigar is a figurado, measuring 159 mm in length with a 60 ring gauge, and is presented in boxes of 10.
Crafted in Danlí, Honduras, the Plasencia Año de la Cabra – Year of the Goat 2027 (its full name) marks the brand’s seventh release dedicated to the Chinese New Year.
Featuring a Honduran wrapper and binder, the filler blend is made of tobaccos from Honduras combined with organic tobaccos grown in Nicaragua.
“The goat represents a quiet but powerful strength, one that comes from patience, balance, and an instinctive connection to nature,” said Néstor Andrés Plasencia in a press release.
6,000 boxes will be released worldwide. The recommended retail price is US$60 per cigar.
A concept pioneered by Davidoff in 2013, special editions for the Chinese New Year are now offered by numerous cigar and/or cigar-accessory brands.
