The Chinese manufacturer chose a perfecto topped with a horsetail and placed in a black and red lacquered box.

Named Great Wall Petit Salomones, this limited edition, commemorating the Year of the Horse in the Chinese calendar, was launched earlier this month in the Hong Kong and Macau Special Administrative Regions, the Chinese manufacturer told L’Amateur de Cigare.

It is a 129 mm long perfecto with a 52 ring gauge. Made in China, it features an Ecuador wrapper, an Indonesian binder, and a filler blend of Chinese and Nicaraguan tobaccos. Each cigar is topped with a horsetail.

2,500 boxes of 8 cigars (a lucky number in Chinese culture) were produced. The retail price was not disclosed.
